Rule 208
Chairmanship of the meeting
If the proposal submitted according to Rule 207 is against the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker will preside over the House of Representatives on the appointed day for discussion on that proposal. In the event that the proposal according to this paragraph is presented to both the speaker and the deputy speaker at the same time, the senior member nominated to preside over the meeting according to rule 10 will do so.
